Formated capacity is 7.6Gig (arrives formatted to FAT32) Works with Vista and XP Speeds are not very good (nowhere near the manufactures quoted 32MB/Sec Read and 24MB/Sec Write) Tested on both my systems and works at 2MB to 4MB/Sec Write 19MB/Sec Read (yes I am using USB2 ports) So if you don't mind slow write speed it is OK. I have one of this over 6 months and untill now everything just amazes me... it;s a perfect flash drive for persons like me that always travel around with it in a pocket. its tough, with a rubber cover it can fall dont get any scratch, you can throw it to the floor to test it like and step on it and plug it onto your pc and it will work like notyhing happened.
