Advantages Advantages Bright, Fun, Kids Love Them, Educational, Cheap, Non-Toxic

Disadvantages Disadvantages Can Snap, Felt-Tips Come Up Better!

"Vibrant Colourful Fun" My little niece and nephew are quite artistic and love playing around with any art things they can get their hands on. They had previously used quite a bit of paint, and when walking around Wilko's they found these bright crayons what caught their eyes. My little niece picked them up, and we decided we would buy them. They were pretty cheap, for just over £1 so that wasn't a problem at all. The colours caught my eye at first with the bright colours in the packet, and the bright yellow surroundings. These crayons have been a hit in the house, and i would definitely buy ... more

I haven't used crayons for years and years and when I bought a packet for Hope I was suddenly taken back to my childhood! I always remember using Crayola crayons and peeling back the paper around them as they got worn away by all my picture drawing! I originally bought Hope the chunky crayola crayons so that they were tough and didn't have the paper round them but now that she's a bit older I have bought her these 'big girl' crayons. Crayola are well known for making crayons and have a variety of sticker books, colouring books, pencil crayons and other arty type things aimed towards young ... more

Advantages Advantages Bright colours, great quality

Disadvantages Disadvantages Paper looks good enough to eat!

My daughter loves all things arty and crafty and they are good distraction for her when I am trying to get on with something, like cooking for example. We have a huge amount of different pens, pencils, crayons, paints and such. One packet of crayons we have is these from Crayola. The crayons come in the usual green and yellow packaging of all of Crayola’s products. The cardboard box hold 8 different coloured crayons, these different colours are all bright and different colours. You can find some cheaper packs of crayons with the majority being browns, blacks and greys but there isn’t that ... more

Advantages Advantages last well, good quality, cheap enough

    Disadvantages Disadvantages none for me

Whenever I buy colouring things for either my son or somebody else’s child I always like to buy Crayola products or some other brand which I associate with being high end as I think they always last better and are just better quality. Over the years my son has had lots of Crayola crayons and this is my review of them. Crayola crayons don’t really seem to have changed from when I was younger and using them to be honest. They come in packs of eight, twelve or twenty four from memory but I tend to buy the twenty four packs so you get more crayon for your money. They come in a cardboard pack which ... more

Advantages Advantages Bright and colourful, and don't break easily

Disadvantages Disadvantages My daughter prefers her felts

Craft crazy This set of crayons was given to my daughter as a present about a year ago. The set comes in a small, bright yellow cardboard pack, and the crayons themselves sit in a sort of corrugated plastic tray. Even a year later we still store the crayons in the box and it is still in good condition, so the packaging is definitely pretty decent. Bright colours Inside the box are eight crayons in a range of colours, so there is pretty much everything a young one could need to create a masterpiece. What I like about these crayons is that they seem to be pretty strong. Despite a fair bit of use ... more

Our creative tin is getting more full each week as we keep adding to it. We have lots of Crayola products in it as I find they are brilliant quality so when looking for arty items I usually tend to steer towards Crayola above any other brand. In this box you get 8 crayons, you can put them in the box to store them too as it folds so they can be stored but I find it easier to store them with our other crayons. The colours you get are red, green, yellow, blue, brown, purple, orange and black. So pretty much all the colours that you could want. The nice thing about the colours is that they are ... more

    Disadvantages Disadvantages None

I have been using Caryola crayons for years. I remember when I was young my Grandma had a huge box of these crayons at her house for us to play with when we came over. This was before the days of video games, well sort of, I'm not that old but it was always so exciting to play with these crayons as the box contained silver, gold and sparkly crayons as well as the other basic colours. We loved drawing with them and now my little girl loves making pictures and drawings with hers too. Crayola crayons have been around for a very long time. According to an article I read, "Crayola is a brand of ... more

I generally don’t like crayons but my youngest daughter was given a packet of the Crayola crayons for her second birthday so she has been allowed to play with them on the condition she sits at the living room table although explaining that to a 2 year old is not the easiest of tasks. My eldest daughter has always loved arts and crafts and until recently my youngest daughter has had no interest however she has recently discovered how to draw and she now loves to be creative too. The crayons came packaged in a small bright yellow and green box which has always been Crayola’s trademark colours ... more
