A little long winded install as there is a huge software bungle to do.
The software allows face tracking which enables the camera to zoom and alter, so your face remains central.. I presonally have turned it off, as I thought it was a little distracting for the picture to constantly alter is size.
Can be used as a motion detector, still camera, and video camera.

The Video recording function, allowing you to record and save clips of any length is very good, and the files can easily be emailled as the file size is reasonable.
I have used the camera with both MSN messenger and Yahoo messenger, both work easily and simply. Giving a good result.
There is a backlight control if you've got strong lighting behind you to resolve shadow issues.
