The worst product I've ever owned. I got mine around Christmas time and so far I've had to have it replaced twice. This is very poor quality! It freezes up often. The second time I had it replaced was because nothing could be transferred to the MP3. Also, customer service is horrible. You'd think if you paid (I paid in dollars) 200 USD for something, you'd get better service. No. They will give you phone service for the first 60 days. Then you only get email service. Their slow response to emails is the main reason I've gotten to use MP3 player for a total of 1 month since then. Its now August. Don't by Creative ever! ...
