The worst product I've ever owned. I got mine around Christmas time and so far I've had to have it replaced twice. This is very poor quality! It freezes up often. The second time I had it replaced was because nothing could be transferred to the MP3. Also, customer service is horrible. You'd think if you paid (I paid in dollars) 200 USD for something, you'd get better service. No. They will give you phone service for the first 60 days. Then you only get email service. Their slow response to emails is the main reason I've gotten to use MP3 player for a total of 1 month since then. Its now August. Don't by Creative ever!

...good aswell. I bought some Creative earphones off ebay as the original one's had too much treble and not enough bass. This mp3 player is amazing and i use MP to move the files over. I have the 4gb version which i got just under 2 years ago off ebay for £50. ...I can plug into my Creative Zen and listen from the car. This wears the battery down quite quickly though. Overall this mp3 player is brilliant. It looks smart, sounds smart, and has lasted me a good year and a half, and it's still going. After all the reviews I'd read about Creative products, I was expecting it to last only a year if that. This is honestly the best MP3 player I have ever bought, and I've bought quite a few. I still use this MP3 player now even though it is considered to be quite old. I've had Ipods and they are nothing compared to this. The software you get with this MP3 player is very easy to use, much easier than Itunes for an Ipod. The MP3 player itself is brilliant. I have a zen micro photo comes in many colurs but i have it in lite blue. The main advantages of this mp3 its size as, it fits easily in the pocket of my jeans. It holds loads of songs as it has 8Gb of memory. On the box it says it can hold around 4,000 songs but i can fit around 3000 , which is more than enough and i have about 200 photos so im not that bothered about the memory side. I have had my Creative zen micro for about 2 years now, it is a nice looking mp3 player, it sounds good and all the functions aregood- the radio, the microphone and you can also use it as a poratble hard drive. I like the illumination whilst charging and whilst playing music. Very hard to find a reason for buying this product, which although very well built, and with excellent battery life, has really been made redundant by the crash in price of similar devices that use larger, faster hard disk technology, and will also allow the playback of video.
