Advantages: Small, stylish, range of colours, easy to use Disadvantages: Radio's not very good, doesn't hold many songs
I have had a Creative MP3 Player before I received this one as a gift. In my opinion they are more cost effective than the Apple equivalent as they are more reliable and robust. The software is better and the item is self is cheaper yet reliable. I enjoy using this MP3 player as it is easy to use, has a clear display and downloading songs are quick and easy. The software is particularly good with a format converter which will convert songs into a ... ...and paste them onto your Creative Nano, and for someone like me who like the layout and easy use of WMP, it is preferable to iTunes. The thing that I find annoying about this product is the fact that you can't scroll through your songs, to for example, select the next track you want to play, without changing the track you're already listening to, and although the small screen displays the track name, it does not show the artist, album etc.
I enjoy ...

...to replace the in ear creative headphones that are supplied with the Nano, as a better sound quality will be achieved with a better quality set of headphones. The MP3 player will play WMA files as well as MP3 files. It also includes a radio and many different sound equilliser features, including a custom setting to suit your needs. The MP3 player will also allow you to record short audio tracks with the built-in microphone. I would also advise those ... ...a rechargable battery, as you will really notice the difference in play time, depending on the qualitly on the battery, of course! This will hold anything upto 250 songs. (more or less depending on the length and size of the song) It comes with a CD-Rom which will give you all the information you'll need to know, as well as the instruction booklet included in the Box. Placing songs onto the MP3 player couldn't be easier. Simply plug the device into ...

Advantages: slim design, battery life, excellent software Disadvantages: no case, cabinet easily marked if not looked after
I bought this for my wife as birthday present. She hasn't put it down since!
The playback quality has a range of preset sound options and through the supplied in-ear headphones is pretty good, but you could improve it with a better quality pair.
The software supplied on the CD is very easy to use and one of the quickest pieces of ripping software that I have used.
It can play both MP3 and WMA formats, plus the built in radio gives the option to ...

Advantages: Great for music Great for Work Great for your Pocket Great For Your Music and Great All Over Disadvantages: Not Enough Memory however it isnt an I-Pod so Nothing else there to say
This MP3 player is good as a beginner MP3 player for those people who are scared of I-Pods, because of there layout or because of what's been happening in the press. Or don't have the money for an I-Pod; well they do range from £99-£350. However this is well in everyone's price range ranging from £30-£80 it is good because you could store up to 160 songs on this (average 3:00 minutes) this is very good and the battery life is well worth it because ... ...times over. Not only will it play MP3's but it will store word and PDF files which will allow a student at school to listen to his/her music on the way to school/college/university and then upload there work and then continue and on there way home listen to there music. So good for your pocket and good for your music. ...
