A few of you may have read about my previous encounter with Zen players. Maybe not all that succesful, but it was good while it lasted! Ordering a new player, I decided to stick with Creative. Seeing this new, smaller model, I quickly purchased. The first thing I noticed was that the basic appearance had changed drastically. I bought this product as it had everything that I was looking for; good sound quality, plays video, has an fm radio and easy to use. However the screen was small, but that didnt matter as the whole device was so small and some sacrifices needed to be made to achieve that. The first Zen V+ I had only lasted about 2 months untill the screen started fading untill it turned completely black. I sent it back and got another one, this lasted less than half ...

The menu is very easy to navigate; you can simply scroll through the artist or album name or you can use the 'find artist' or 'find album' and skip to the first letter of the name.
