Putting them on/wearing them: The strips were very easy to apply, they stuck to my teeth well and covered all visible teeth (front six teeth). I bought premium plus as they aren't too high a strength (high strength can mean more sensitive teeth apparently) I have been applying both top/bottom strips together back to back (2x 30mins) a day and after my second session noticed a clear difference. I ended up buying them on Ebay ( you can not buy theem in this country because of the peroxide levels) I bought the Supreme set for £30, these are the strongest available at 14% hydrogen peroxide.
