    User doesn't recommend the product

    Disadvantages Disadvantages errr it doesn't work

    I purchased this product with great optimism. I couldn't wait to get it home and install it and start surfing the net where ever I wanted. The manual is so scant and devoid of information that I should have started to ring some alarm bells when I opened the box. After the installation I found that the product didn't work, so I call the help line. Funnily enough when I purchased the product did make special reference to the fact that they had a helpline service and even stuck a special sticker to the outside of the box so that I wouldn't forget.
