Advantages: good signal. great value Disadvantages: can be difficult to set up
I bought this wireless router in December to not only remove all of the cables in the living room but to share the connection on 2 laptops. The initial set up of the router caused a few problems and eventually had to set everything up manually, I found the user guide from the dlink website very helpful with sorting out the set up problems although this does give step by step instructions for various problems, I feel it is not suitable for people ... ...up, I have had few further problems with this product. The signal is good throughout the house and only very occasionally drops connection, although I believe this was due to the initial positioning of the router and since moving it sllightly the router has not dropped connection.
