This machine is well built & just OK when it works, but completely useless when it doesn't. Unfortunately that's most of the time! Don't even try to play a DVD recorded elsewhere, chances are it'll crash, no buttons working & unenable to eject the disc. Daewoo know about this problem and even have a fix online, unfortunately this fix may kill your machine completely. However if you've already got a disc stuck how on earth is a disc with a fix on meant to help, when you can't get the drawer open to put it in! ...
