    Advantages Advantages good singer

    Disadvantages Disadvantages no awards

After watching the Brit Awards I was baffled that Craig David failed to pick up one single award after being nominated for 6. I am not surprised he was gutted, so would I be. I thought it was fitting when he sang ‘Fill Me In’ and ended it with ‘I have been nominated for 6 Brits, No Brits for, someone Fill Me In’. I know Coldplay are good but for A1 to win best newcomer surely Craig David is miles better. His lyric’s are excellent, very consistent and his albums his just brilliant. Every track could be a chart hit that how good he was. Nevermind hey……he ... more

    Advantages Advantages diverse artist

    Disadvantages Disadvantages none

Craig David landed himself a record contract with Telstar records after the huge success of his first hit, a colaboration with Artful Dodger. The tunr rewindwent straight in at number one, despite being rather repetitive and irritating most listeners. From then on, craig's success was phenomenal anda range of number one hits emerged from his triple platinum selling album, 'Born to do it.' Tunes such as fill me in and 7 days paved the way to Craig David becoming one of Britains best selling artists both on the R&B circuit and the underground garage scene. After taking a year out to tour the U.S ... more

    Advantages Advantages smooth and talented

    Disadvantages Disadvantages none

craig david is definitely slicker than your average, with a voice as soft and sweet as honey and lyrics to get you dancing, he is one of the most talented british R'n'B artists out there. hits such as 7 days and fill me in are to remain classics for time to come and recent singles such as spanish and whats your flava have definitley shown another side to craig's talents. another classic will be that of the track in which we first saw craig davids talent, re- rewind with artful dodger. this little masterpiece made a new genre of its own not quite fitting into either the R'n'B or dance genres ... more

Advantages Advantages he hasnt just got a good voice hes sexy too

Disadvantages Disadvantages he never won any awards

I couldnt beleive it when i was watching the Brit Awards 2001 the other day, Craig David didnt recieve any Brits even though he had been nominated for 6 awards. i went to see him in concert and it was great (i wrote an opinion on that). The day after the concert i was reading The Sun and it said he wasnt going to get any. i just thought oh well just another rumour from sun. But when i watched his performance at the Brits he actually said in one of his freestyles " six nominations, no brits for CD" which i couldnt believe because it was near the beginning of the show and it spoilt it a little ... more
