Day of Defeat Source http://www.dayofdefeatmod.com/ yes, another WW2 online shooter. Its old(ish) now, but i found it for about £5 so i figured i'd give it a whirl. The graphics are pretty nice, not bad anyway, dont know when it was released but it certainly isnt new. Theres a cool grainy function when you are waiting to spawn or dead and watching other people running about (spectator mode). Theres not much to each kit, just the usual. eg. Thompson, ...

DOD source is very underated game on steam. i bought it after having played counter strike too. it is an online - FPS based game where you chose to be part of the us army or the german Vermarcht. the game also allows you to chose what kind of role your take on in your team. e.g sniper, assault etc. the weapon selection is very authentic and the recoils are very realistic to how it would have been in ww2.
