I went to blockbuster and rented this game for a week for £5.95 and at the moment i'm very impressed, it's unlike anything i've played before really. it's a bit scary in a way, but if you've ever played F.E.A.R this is nothing, it has jumpy moments but doesn't set a scary atmosphere really, the story line is great, the graphics are great, the way you have to cut off the limbs of enemies instead of trying to shoot for their head is a good addition ...

dead space is a action shooter from ea games. you play through the story in chapters and there are plenty of tasks to do in each chapter. i found the game really brilliant with basic pick up and play controls and i was right into the game within five minutes of opening the box. the graphics are awsome right from the start, the rendering as you approached the mining ship at the start of the game was spectacular. the actual story is what i liked ...
...real downside i found with dead space was that for me it was too easy, i was able to get the 1000 gamerscore fairly quickly but apart from that dead space is a solid shooter from ea and is definitely worth a look. i would have given this game five stars if i had not found it too short. ...
