Also it came with a free Dell inkjet printer.
Overall i highly recommend this laptop to anyone looking for a very low price piece of computing technology.

Advantages: Affordable, stylish laptop package for multiple usage eg, home, business, games etc.. Disadvantages: Didn't include Microsoft Word and Excel package
...under £500 including full delievery. Dell Ltd was able to answer all my problems with the Dell Inspiron 1000. It has everything i expected from a laptop. It is a cracking size and i got it all started up and set up in a jiffy. Very impressive. The offer i exploited was on the dell website, i think i paid £480, £60 of which was delievery charges (unsure whether it was actually worth £60) nevertheless this price can only come down. Advantages: Good battery life, nice screen, 3 USB Ports, nice keyboard. Disadvantages: No serial or parallel ports, only has a touchpad.
