Advantages: 1600 x 1200 x 32-bit TrueColour. Disadvantages: None ; could always be cheaper though :-)
I had been waiting for this screen as the previous offerings even the 19 model could not support the 1600 x 1200 screen resolution that I was using on my 19 and 21 CRT screens.
Since I managed to get my hands on one I have been very pleased with it. The big difference is in the amount of room that is recovered when a 21 CRT screen is replaced with a 21 LCD panel the panel sits further back on the desk, where the tube was, and also puts ... ...the user, which can only help in the long run.
With four input types; Video and S-Video joining the DVI and VGA that were available on the 19 screen, most things will plug in to the screen although there are only one of each type of input available.
As with just about every piece of hardware these days, there are also a couple of USB ports on the side of the screen, plus two more underneath alongside the graphic inputs which werent present on ...
