decided after many years to reinvest in a deep fat fryer. A friend already had this model and the main reason i decided to buy was the fact that it comes apart and every part of it (apart from the bottom piece with the elament in it) can be washed which stops that horrible greasy appearance and smell. It fries to perfection and has a built in timer if you require it. It also has on the front some guidelines to cooking certain foods.
