"The Delonghi roto fat fryer has a lot less fat than other fryers and the food spends a lot less time in it too. The basket rotates via a little motor so that your chips don't go soggy in lots of hot, heart straining fat. The very fact that the quantity of fat required is far less was one of the reasons for buying this, a long with the health advantages it offered. "I have had my frier for nearly six months now, and I want to know - why aren't other fryers this good? For me the most important thing after how good it cooks is how good it cleans... This is brilliant. Open the front and out pops a rubber tube. Take the cap off the end and out drains the oil.
