----------INTRO----------- As an ethusiast of everything military I was greatly looking forward to playing Delta Force- Black Hawk Down when it was first released. However, upon hearing the opinions of other gamers I dismissed the game due to it's £30 price tag. I was, therefore, pleasantly surprised to see it reduced to £18 earlier this year and decided to buy it... I then proceeded to take it home and try it out for myself. Delta Force- Black Hawk Down is a first person shoot-em-up genre game for pc. It is based on factual incidents occurring in Somalia in the early 1990's. Some of the missions included are based on real-life missions, whilst others have been created specifically for the game. You play as a Delta Hawk Ranger, and at the start of the game you view informative footage of Somalia complete with a voice-over detailing the events and situation in the country.
