Advantages: Good all round HiFi and cinema amp Disadvantages: fiddly to set up
I have been using a Denon AVR3300 Receiver now for 4 months as the heart of my home cinema system and have found it a great performer. The sound is very comparable to my old Technics HiFi amp, even with pure CD Audio.
The Amp has plenty of power, good frequency range and seems to suit my TDL floorstanding speakers. I use a B&W centre speaker and Paradigm sub. AR-8 rears make up the full complement.
