Disadvantages: takes ages to dry.
My daughter, who is aged 9 was infested with nits. So I asked people I know how to cure the problem and they all said the same thing. "TEA TREE OIL". OK I thought and went straight down to our nearest chemist and bought a bottle, put a few drops around her ears and on the back of her neck.

If any of you have children like me, the chances are you will have come across head lice, those lovable little critters that invade your childrens hair from time to time!
Well what do you do if you go to the nurse she will no doubt give you a prescription for DerbacM, the most disgusting foul smelling liquid that you need to rub into the hair and then leave over night.

All children including my owm get head lice from time to time, and there is nothing worse than having the repulsive little creatures , running around your head!!!
What is available when you go to the nurse? answer Derbac , the most foul smelling lotion you could ever find!!
You have to put it onto dry hair and leave over night then the best bit!! comb out all the dead lice etc, dead???? I dont think so, they still walk around the comb quite happily!!

My youngest has a huge mop of hair and you can imacine my delight of her returning home after nursery with 'pets'!!!
