Advantages: good pump when working Disadvantages: poor after sales and spare parts
i purchased a lotus pond pump 1800 in august last year.the impeller is now broken and no spares available at my local garden centre or lotus pumps themselves.because i do not have a reciept no replacement is available to me.on ringing lotus to purchase replacment part i was told they dont know when stocks would be available and they make the pump what chance have i got.the lady on the phone was very appoligetic but i am not able to tell my fish this ...
