I have quite a low opinion of the insurance industry which is probably not merited but for the most part I believe you are paying to comply with the law and not much else. Extremely disappointed with this insurance company. My car was stolen and written off and they never paid out. Very small clause hidden in my policy to say if I knew the person who stole it you get nothing!! My brother stole my car whilst I was out of the country on holiday - not my fault as he had no permission to use it - however, this made no difference to Diamond - so if it wasn't bad enough that I lost my car, was sadly betrayed by a family member, but then lost it all because I had no insurance cover either !! thanks for nothing !! ...
