Yesterday I had the ‘mother’ of all headaches. I don’t get them very often but after eating a substantial breakfast, lunch and dinner, I still had it last night. We didn’t have any paracetamol in the cupboard and my husband tried to convince me to take a co-codamol. The reason I didn’t is because I’m breast feeding and I wasn’t sure if it would affect Elijah because they are quite a lot stronger than paracetamol. The idea is that you rub it into the area which is hurting and it’s suppose to kill your headache. I was pretty skeptical because it just didn’t sound possible for it to work.
