Advantages: trim fit, organic, quick drying, well made, excellent value Disadvantages: need boosting, no fold back tabs.
...wraps (recommended by Schmidt) and Disana make several types of their own wool wraps, but I preferred fleece or PUL wraps, and used various types without leaks or difficulty. Motherease Rikki wraps, and Motherease Airflow wraps were my main choices, these can be bought from most online nappy suppliers, do a google search on 'cloth nappy' ...

Advantages: really do fit birth to potty, organic and cheap! Disadvantages: learning how to put them on takes practise
Fantastic! I don't use anything else.... I have been using these nappies since my son was 6 weeks old. We never have leaks or spills! They look nice and slim on even as a toddler.
If you are on a budget then these are for you, the most expensive ones i have found are £1.60 each! Okay so you then need wool wraps (2 of each size at about £8/£10, but do have a very good resell value). You do also need boosters, but if it is absorbant then you can put ... ...them, as well as home made boosters, and muslins
Don't be put of by the fact they need tieing, as once you have done one you will find it as quick and easy as any other nappy.
These nappies get my vote every time
Washing instructions - couldn't be easier !
I store used nappies using a "dry pail" system, so they all go into a large bucket with a sealble lid. No water is added, as who wants smelly water hanging around! All solid waste goes down ...
