Do I recommend this magazine? Oh yes! In fact, I cancelled a subscription to another magazine (costing three times the amount) in favour of this one. With the more expensive one I would look through it once and forget it – with this one I actually have two within reach at this moment and keep finding further things of interest each time I look through.

Advantages: Such good value for money, great ideas, I could go on! Disadvantages: Not available in supermarkets or newsagents!
...the beautiful designs. They do heavily suggest which brands to use and have a double page spread of what is 'hot' this month and what offers are on the mentioned brands (do not be put off by this, there are some great bargains)!
There are competitions to win crafting goodies, and letters from readers with great stories of what they have crafted, and even a section for children (my kids love making a mess...I mean making things!)
Overall I would ... ...do not follow their step by step instructions to make a card it gives great inspiration as to what is possible. I will be keeping all my copies for reference as the cards shown are beautiful and I hope one day to be able to make the more intricate cards. ...

...of the package was a do crafts Creativity! magazine.
I love looking in magazines, and the freebies always help. This magazine (issue 7) came with some stickers linked to the theme of the issue and were so useful. The magazine itself was packed full of ideas for cards and scrapbooking, and a few other items such as jewellery. Although I only make cards, it is full of inspiration for ideas on things that go well together and how to use different techniques. ... ...projects inside, and the bigger, more complex, cards and projects include a list of items needed.
The magazine seems to be theme based, and is set out really well with a few ideas for each theme. It has reviews on products, and lists stockists for all the items they used to produce the cards. It has competitions to win crafty goodies (always a bonus), very minimal advertising and a section of readers letters where you can see the creations of other ...
