Advantages Advantages Very tasty food, consistantly high quality, ability to order online too.

Disadvantages Disadvantages Somewhat more expensive than some other places.

Dominos pizza has got to be my favourite way of indulging in a pizza. I don't know what it is that they do which is so different to everyone else, but I honestly can say I've not eaten a better pizza from anyone else ever. We have about 4 or 5 different Dominos pizza places in this town, and some are definitely better than others in terms of service and speed, however the quality of the pizzas is almost (I have to say this as we did have one that was a bit problematic) always the same really good high standard. Dominos stores are all take away. They do deliver too, recently bringing in new ... more

Advantages Advantages A fantastic tasting pizza with excellent quality

Disadvantages Disadvantages you have to live near one for delivery

When I recently moved, I went to phone my local Pizza Hut to have a pizza delivered one day, only to discover they did not cover my new address. I must admit this confused me a little, as I only lived 5 minutes drive difference from when they used to deliver at my old address. Puzzled and disappointed as we really fancied a pizza, and I must say although all the local kebab shop do pizza's they are extremely greasy and taste of nothing but flour and cheese. Suddenly we remembered Domino's from the advert as they sponsor `the Simpson's`, I had recently had a leaflet from them put through the ... more

    Advantages Advantages easy to order

    Disadvantages Disadvantages expensive

Domino's Pizza has over 8,700 stores in over 60 countries. Tom Monaghan opened the first Domino's Pizza place in 1960 in the USA. The first store opened in the UK in 1985. This surprised me as I thought they had been around the UK longer than this as people rave so much about the pizza's. Tom joined forces with his brother and together they opened a pizza delivery store in Michigan. They named it DomiNicks. A year later, Tom traded his Volkswagen Beetle car for his brother's share of the store and later renamed his business Domino's Pizza. I have to ask are they worth the money? A small basic ... more

Advantages Advantages good pizza, quickly made, great range

Disadvantages Disadvantages delivery isn't available for me

I have always been a girl who loves her pizza but I used to be completely loyal to be Pizza Hut. It was only lately that I decided to try out Domino's Pizza. I always remember avoiding the company because I noticed their prices were a lot more expensive and they had less deals than their competition. Although, I think times have changed and now Domino's offer really good deals on their food. Firstly, the ordering process. Now they have introduced being able to order on the internet. What you do is you go to http://www.dominos.co.uk and then type in your post code. It will tell you the nearest ... more

Advantages Advantages Yummy comforting cheesy goodness

Disadvantages Disadvantages Lost a star because it will cause cholesterol to go through the roof.

It's been one of THOSE nights. I've had a lousy headache, both of us had very long days at work, there's no food in the fridge because we were out of town all weekend. Cooking is not going to happen so out comes the trusty Domino's menu. Somehow that's become a little too close at hand lately for it to be kind to our waist bands, but oh so very comforting. Domino's pizza is one of those nice constants between life in Canada and life here in England. Our nearest Domino's is about a quarter mile down the road which means we often take advantage of the proximity and collect it ourselves which ... more

Advantages Advantages Very nice pizzas (although not as nice as Italian style ones), lots of stores so there's likely to be one near you

    Disadvantages Disadvantages Expensive

Domino's is one of my favourite pizza take-aways, however it's price does reflect this. --Ways of ordering-- You can either call in for your pizza (often the best choice), ring up and get it delivered or order online and get it delivered. Calling in and ordering is often the best option as there are usually a few offers on that will reduce the price of your pizza, however this is only really an option if you live very close by as otherwise it's going to take you a long time to get there. Having it delivered is a better option if you live a bit away as it ensures your pizza will arrive hot ... more

    Disadvantages Disadvantages A little expensive

I very rarely order fast food - especially home delivery. But, yesterday I'd had a bad day at work, and couldn't be bothered to cook. And, who better to call in your hour of culinary need than Domino's Pizzas. Now, firstly let me come clean and mention that the real reason I ordered from them was because I'd got a voucher for a free medium size pizza (usually costing around £9.99). Without it I'd probably have just gone down to the chip shop! There's a website called www.ihavemoved.com that offers this voucher if you register with them. It's a site for people who have recently moved house. Now ... more

Advantages Advantages tasty food, quick delivery, good website

Disadvantages Disadvantages on the expensive side

It's half term and my friends turn up on my doorstep, they come in and we head to the kitchen looking for something to have for lunch. As I didn't have a lot of warning they were coming I didn't have chance to get anything in so we decided to get something in. As it's lunch time we're somewhat limited, especially seen as we want delivery so we turned to the old favourite, Domino's. We decided to order online and the website's very easy to navigate around, with clear menu links to starters, pizzas, desserts, drinks and meal deals. You simply scroll down to the item you want, select how many you ... more

Disadvantages Disadvantages Delivery, can't eat in the place as take away only

~~The History~~ Domino’s Pizza was founded in 1960 by a man called Tom Monaghan whose original goal was to open three pizza delivery stores and apparently that’s why there are three dots on the logo. Despite a lot of struggles along the way, hard work and integrity paid off for Tom. His modest plan grew into something far bigger and more successful than he could have ever imagined and, as a result, Domino’s Pizza has made success a possibility for thousands of other people too (but let's face it we aren't that interested in all that!) "As well as instilling a commitment to outstanding product ... more

Now, I have to admit that I am normally a Perfect Pizza girl - but last week I have to admit that I was unfaithful. There, I've said it. Last sunday, while BF was away visiting friends, I had a fling with Domino's Pizza. I feel ashamed, but at the same time it was very good - well, we all need a bit of experimentation in our lives, don't we? I just felt I had to confess my infidelity to someone. ;-) Surely you must have heard of my bit on the side? After all, Domino's is one of the UK's biggest pizza chains - they have 7,000 stores (1,700 of which are franchises) across Britain and Ireland ... more
