    Advantages Advantages delicious cheesecake, very easy to prepare, success every time, short time to prepare

    Disadvantages Disadvantages takes ages to cool down, best done night before serving

    I love baking and usually bake from scratch. But there are times when I cannot be bothered to weigh all ingredients, mix and bake and that’s when cake mixes come in handy. I grew up in Germany and Dr Oetker products have always been a constant companion in my life, whether it was ready meals or more importantly, baking. I even have Dr Oetker cooking books – that I napped from my mother’s arsenal or hundreds of cooking and baking books and liberated to live with me in England.
