Dualit 20246

I have now purchased 2 Dualit products based on the fact that they are marketed as high quality. My opinion is DO NOT BUY DUALIT! I purchased the 20246 toaster and within 1 year the timer started to get stuck, this means every time you make toast you have to sit there & watch it or else you risk forgetting about it & burning the toast. Or worse you could forget about it causing it to over heat and start an electrical fire. It costs over 25 pounds ...
...Rather than buying a Dualit buy a cheaper toaster that will do the job and if it breaks down then you can go out & buy another, in some cases you could buy 5, 20 pound toasters & if each lasted 1 year you, you have 5 years of good toasting & still haven't paid for a Dualit toaster that, in my experience, will break down within 1 year.
