I had seen the Dune shop in my local shopping centre many many times but had never even been tempted to look in there as all I had seen in the window was smart black leather shoes. I already have a comfortable pair of these which I hardly ever use so, as far as I'm concerned, there really was no need for me to take a look at what was on offer. I am a typical female i have around 80 pairs of shoes some i have never even worn before, but the collection just keeps on growing and i do not think that any shoe collection would be the same without shoes from Dune. Dune is a shoe shop that i love, it is unfortunatley not a shoe shop that is in every town but you tend to find them in the bigger shopping centres. Dune is a shop that sell all different styles of shoes it stocks a small variety of mens shoes, but when it comes to womens they take over the shop. I bought some wedge sandals in Dune a couple of weeks ago. I wore them once to a wedding but some of the colour scuffed off on the heel at the top of the wedge. I took the sandals back, but the girl would not take them and basically said it was the way I had worn them and that anyway they were supposed to look vintage. I think if you pay over £50 for a pair of sandals you should be able to wear them more than once without the colour flaking off. It was not the girl's fault, but I feel as though they should make an attempt to satisfy the customers and not be rude. I have also made my complaint ... more
