All of these offer protection against UVA and UVB, so what’s UVA and UVB? Before you choose a sunscreen there are a few things you must know about your skin and sun protection. This may be a little boring but believe me it's VERY IMPORTANT. Just think for a minute that despite ... ...1,you may need to use E45 sun block lotion with SPF 50, but if you are skin type 4, then E45 Lotion with SPF 15 would be enough. Skin type 5 and 6 do not need to use a sunscreen to avoid sunburn, unless there is a medical reason for sun protection. However to avoid long term effects a milder sun screen would still be useful for dark skin people.
