Advantages Advantages Lots and lots and lots of bubbles.

Disadvantages Disadvantages Uses a lot of bubble mix, bubble reservoir not enclosed.

As summer drew to a close, The Early Learning Centre held a sale where they reduced many of the prices of their outdoor toys to a ridiculously low level. Being someone who likes to help Santa out by buying presents throughout the year (yes I have already started on next Christmas), I took full advantage of this sale and one of the items I bought was this Bubble Machine for which I paid a very reasonable £6. With a standard retail price of £12 this bubble machine is available in two colour schemes, a very girly pink or far more subdued blue and can be purchased from ELC (online or in-store) ... more

Early Learning Centre Bubble Machine My son visited the Early learning Centre in search of a birthday gift for him off a friend. I asked her what her budget was prior to entering the store as the sky seems to be the limit and wanted to steer my son away from anything that was more than she wanted to spend. We walked through the door and immediately in front to of us was a large display of bubble machines. My son instantly wanted one. We walked round the store but from the moment he set eyes on it was the birthday present of his dreams. When it was bought it came with an offer of a free bottle ... more

Advantages Advantages Loads of constant bubble with little effort

Disadvantages Disadvantages Expensive as bubble solution and batteries sold seperately

When the weather is nice and we are not at the caravan, we like to spend our day on the back garden. To keep Lauren entertained, we have loads of outdoor doors for us to enjoy. One item that I brought last time I went to ELC was a bubble trouble bubble machine. The Bubble Machine is either available in red and pink or blue and green, I purchased the red one. Both products retail for £12 and are available at Mothercare, Early Learning Centre, online and in store, I have also noticed recently, Amazon selling ELC products and they also have the same promotions running (but they seem to have free ... more

Advantages Advantages Lots of bubbles, easy to use, durable, chunky, good looking, cheap.

Disadvantages Disadvantages Pretty noisy, takes size C batteries.

A couple of years ago when my son was still a baby I wanted to get him something that he could use both indoors and outdoors and that would last him from his very young age and still be fun as he grew up. I came across the blue bubble machine when the local Early Learning Centre Store was having a sale of their outdoor items. I paid just £10 but at the time they were around the £18 mark so I got a good deal, now-a-days however they are only around the £13 mark so significantly cheaper than the price it should have been when I bought it. The machine stands alone and does not come packaged in a ... more

Advantages Advantages Good bubbles, blows them for you

    Disadvantages Disadvantages None

I love bubbles and to really turn a party into fun this bubble machine is great. All kids I know love bubbles, my daughter included and I love to see her chase these bubbles around and hold out her hand to catch them and watch the amazement on her face when they first start to float up in the air out of this machine. Little bottles of bubbles are so last year, the new way to blow bubbles is with a machine that will do it for you and blow out bubbles constantly until you decide to turn it off. The bubble machine basically consists of a mechanism of little wands, much like the single ones you ... more

I was shopping around the Early Learning Centre the other day for presents for my nephew, he lives at home with me and my sister and as toys shops are few and far between on the high streets these days. If I pass an early learning Centre I like to pop in as I can look and play with the toys and see what they do, it beats shopping online and gives you ideas of toys that he may like. My nephew loves to play out in the garden and chase bubbles around popping them as he goes, we have had many pot of bubbles, but after a while you can get a little bored of blowing bubbles and then your arm starts ... more
