    Disadvantages Disadvantages NO HOTEL, TOOK MONEY, CANNOT CONTACT.

    I made a booking and paid in full 2 months before my friends and I wanted to go for a long weekend to Glasgow, Scotland. When we arrived at the hotel they had never heard of us. They could not offer us a room and if they could they wanted us to pay AGAIN. They tried to call easytobook and were answered by a GARAGE in Paris, France. I have tried to call easytobook and have been unable to get any answer at all. I have tried to contact them on their website and it wont let me past the complaint part, how can they see my complaint???? My friends and I had to book into another hotel which cost us ... more

    I had been looking at hotels.com, but was not impressed with either prices or the range of hotels. By coincidence I came across easytobook.com and even though they use many of the same hotels there was more at easytobook.com. The site itself is very easy to use and navigate. It's really cool that you can choose different points like tube stations or landmarks and how long distance from the searchpoint you will accept. There is a map that you can enlarge and zoom, so you can see all the roads and sites nearby your chosen hotel. It's a very good tool to plan your vacation/stay. When you have ... more

    Just stayed at the hotel for 4 days after a 12 day cruise with my teenage son. Perfect location , next to la Ramblas (2 streets) and a short hop away from the tourist tour bus stops or the Gothic quarter. The rooms have been redone with nice bathrooms, new flooring and lighting and flat screen Tv. Breakfast is simple but fine and the service was very good at the reception. Free internet access is a bonus.Would definitely stay there again if on a mod to low budget.

    I just came back from Paris where I enjoyed my stay at the hotel Ecole Centrale. The room was so nice and the quality of the hotel was good. I went around the city easily thanks to the location of the hotel, that made my stay even nicer. I had no problem at the hotel all was fine when I arrived my reservation was there, at least once no problem with the booking system Easytobook helped a lot.

    We were desperate to get a city apartment in London. We needed an apartment as we were mixing business with pleasure and both the business and pleasure aspects were VERY important to us. Easytobook.com looked like the perfect candidate to give us what we wanted. BUT they cancelled the apartment last minute, gave us the run-around all over London, from fleapit hotel, to empty locked apartment , to empty locked apartment in a cab (very expensive).     I was looking for different Hotel alternatives for a short trip in Munich (Germany). I was trying to book for a cozy hotel with my boyfriend. I had no that much idea of the area of Munich, but I was looking for a good deal. I tried to look by opodo, expedia and booking.com and finally found this website that I have not used before. I was really happy to find it. And to see that it was so easy to book (now I understand why the brand name)!     I am really happy Ive found such a great deal in London via easytobook. I tried to find a hotel via other competitors such as Expedia or Booking.com but it was more expensive. I got a great deal not far from Notting Hill for just 60 pounds; really quite hotel, really clean, really safe and recommended!. I am really happy that they have customer service via twitter, and love that they were so quick to reply me via DM!     I booked the Piet Hein Hotel in Amsterdam a couple of weeks ago with EasytoBook My parents were visiting and they had a really need a nice time there. It was clean hotel for a long weekend. We were looking through a couple of websites and got a good deal through easytobook. The booking was easy to follow, in Spanish (important for my parents who cant say a single word in English), and I did not have to pay until we were in the hotel.     After staying in a pretty non-descript hotel I was asked to give feedback on my stay by easytobook.com. I completed the feedback form, giving mostly poor and fair as a result, but some things were excellent (like location) or good (like service). Afterwards I submitted my review anonymously. I then saw - with no further possibility to change or cancel "my review" that this had been submitted on their website. Except that my review has been changed from scores to numbers - poor was translated to a score of 5, fair to 7, good to 8 and excellent to 10. Therefore the average user review score was ... more

    Disadvantages Disadvantages no selection on price possible, only star class and such. Update: they do have this filter now!

    Just got back from New York, I stayed in the Mayfair Hotel booked through Easytobook. This site is something: good, very clean and giving a good overview. Rates and availability are immediately given. A booking is made with emailadress and creditcard info, NO down payments. I like it. Almost forgot: rates are the lowest on the net. I've used them several times for trips to Barcelona, Rome and Amsterdam. Once I took my babyson with me and wanted to know the facilities the hotel offered for babies.
