One of the last rooms we decided to decorate since moving into our new home was our bedroom and we had quite a shock when we moved our chest of drawers to find the wall behind it was covered in black mould that was also beginning to form on the back our the chest of drawers. We live in a small apartment which is prone to dampness, mould and condensation problems. For this reason we invested some time ago in a good quality dehumidifier (Ebac 2650e). The cost at the time was £179 however, it has proven to be worth the high cost as it is reliable and really does assist with the elimination of condensation and mould problems we used to experience. have owned an Ebac 2650e for over a month and wanted to give my feedback. I have found the unit to be excellent overall. Performance wise we have gone from having serious condensation on our windows in the morning to have none or very little within one month. Feature wise the 2650e is excellent. There are varying operating modes. All of these are controlled by the SmartControl which regulates the humidity of the room via a humidity sensor.
