Advantages: very green, no residue, reasonable price Disadvantages: can't handle tough stains, clouds up glass after a few cycles
I often find Ecover products to be a bit hit and miss. For example, their fabric conditioner is lovely and works brilliantly but their washing powder just isn't up to the job. Same with these dishwasher tablets.
Having finally got a dishwasher and being impressed in the past with the Ecover washing up liquid I thought I'd give the dishwasher tablets a go. For the plates cups etc. that were only slightly soiled the tablets did a good enough job, ... ...deal with by now.
Wondering if it was just my dishwasher I swapped to Finish tablets with, I have to say, excellent results. I always try to use ecologically sound products, but only if they deliver the goods and I don't really feel that this particular Ecover product did. ...
