I feel that the price is not that much different to other brands of washing powder around about £5 and the box says you can get 18-30 washes out of 1200g of powder. I have not as yet counted how many washes I have got out of one box. But it seams to last as long as any other box of washing powder. I LOVE the whole Ecover range, I think it is fantastic. I have been using the washing powder for a couple of years now, both for ecological and health reasons (lots of other powderw used to hive me itchy, uncomfortable skin). This powder washes brilliantly, is, in my opinion, reasonably priced for a quality, ecological product and lasts me quite a long time. Terrible product. Expensive and leaves white stains all over the dark clothes. I followed instructions, and now many batches out, I find this is just what it does. DO NOT use on dark clothes! I try to use as many "natural" products as I can, and am very aware of environmental issues, so this seemed like a good product to try. Don't do it.
