    As an online flower retailer Eden4flowers is pretty good!! I recently ordered 2 bunches of luxury red roses from their 2010 range for my mother. I have had issues with previous online flower shops regarding the quality of the flowers but these arrived on time and most importantly they were fresh. My mother was truly over the moon with them, so Eden4flowers obviously sent a product that did the job. Their site was extremely easy to use being able to filter by price and type.     Disadvantages Disadvantages Maybe still just a tad more expensive than I'd have liked.

    I bought Harvest Moon Luxury Hand-Tied, which looked quite good on the screen, to cheer the wife up because she'd been a bit down lately. Ordered around 3:30 afternoon of the 22nd using their free delivery service. Received flowers next morning (23rd) at 8:50am by Post Office delivery van. They looked exactly like the picture and the missus was a happy bunny. There were a few reviews which were not favourable and, having had the WORST experience from possibly the WORST online flower retailer (Bloomindelightful.com) I was cautious about going anywhere other than Interflora.     I have used Eden4flowers around 6 times now, most recently when I ordered a beautiful bouquet of lily’s for my sister. I have used many online florists in the past so naturally I have some experience ordering flowers through the post. In comparison to the other online florists I have been very pleased with the quality and freshness of Eden’s flowers. When the flowers arrive they are nicely packaged and are presented beautifully compared to the other flower delivery services.     I didn’t really expect much after ordering the cheapest flowers on the site but I was pleasantly surprised with what I received. The flowers were fresh, great quality especially for the money and were well packaged. The website itself was easy enough to use with clear and concise pricing and there is a wide range of bouquets to choose from. I don’t usually recommend products online but on this occasion I thought I would make an effort on this occasion.     My daughter sent a lily bouquet for my birthday from Eden 4 flowers, they turned up in a battered box, the lily buds were brown and damaged and there was no water in the bottom. I took photos and then put into a vase using the enclosed instructions. When the buds came out the flowers were droopy and lifeless and the bouquet lasted less than a week. I contacted customer service sending photos, they wanted a photo of the vase I put the bouquet in, then said they could do nothing because of 'poor aftercare'. I don't know how they can tell from a picture what constitutes poor aftercare, but I ... more

    I Placed the order and paid. I recieved the confirmation of the order and payment being made.The following day I recieved an email stating the product was not available during mothers day. Instructed to choose another item from a very reduced selection. Only the more expensive goods were of the quality I would accept. I was also informed that I would need to make up the difference dispite the substitution garuntee the company has on their site.I replied and stated that I wanted to use the garuntee as stated on the website.Recieved cancelation notification.Eden4flowers reason was that I had ... more

    Absolutely terrible company. I have ordered from other flower companies before and this was terrible! The flowers did not look like they did in the picture, vase was totally different and tacky and the card looked unbelievably unprofessional! Complete false advertising! I sent 2/3emails to the complaints department and they were very unhelpful and refused to offer any acceptable solution to the problem.
