This involved full use of all equipment through the day 9:00 till 5:00, lunch, and a back massage. Eden Hall in Nottinghamshire is a non-residential spa. It has lovely grounds, plenty of indoor and outboor activities eg. exercise classes, small gym, cycling and archery classes. It has a wonderful relaxation room which sent me to sleep. The food is excellent and included in the price of the day. A lovely three course meal plus a buffet. The pool area is the highlight.
