These fridges are very reliable - i have had one in my loft conversion for a long while now and it is really good - it holds a fair amount and it is reccomended that it runs for no more than 10 hours at a time, which is fine because the things inside remain cold for about an hour and a half when the fridge has been turned off after a period of time.
