Deplorable. It takes longer to clean the machine than it does to clean the floors. Electrolux Customer Care don't want to know about problems with this machine. It is just not fit for the intended purpose. Don't believe what you read about Electrolux - this product is little more than a scam and should have been replaced by a vacuum cleaner that works. A total waste of money and a very frustrating experience. It's not worth even the one star but the program demands an entry. Mine would be minus 10. ...

It is so lightweight with super suction. Easy to carry up the stairs. Easy to empty. I would certainly recommend this appliance. We owned a Dyson previously and I definitely prefer the Electrolux. One problem is that when we first used it in our home, (after using the Dyson) it was so effecient that the dust kept clogging up the filter which then needed to be cleaned. We bought this vacuum cleaner when our old one broke. It was a reasonable price, and all of its ratings made it look excellent value for money - what a mistake!
