i have never had any problems with this product or any problems purchasing it. its left on for weeks on end. Its very compact and out the way with 4 ethernet ports in addition to its wi-fi. all in all a very satisfying product in my opinion. (ethernet cable it came with is much too short!!! lol) ...

AVOID Euroffice. Do not order from this company. I ordered an item in mid Sep, got regular emails each one delaying the date of delivery. Eventually I got fed up and cancelled order last week before delivery in mid Oct ! Euroffice accepted cancellation by phone and email BUT the delivery arrived few days later and I had to arrange return. What has annoyed me most is that they took my mobey from the Card on day of Order but will not refund the money back until end of October despite Euroffice making the delivery after cancellation. I will not be using this company again and recommend others not to either. Customer Service will not answer my question why they take payment before delivery. ...

Be warned! EurofficeUSED to be great. In the last six months their service has declined rapidly. I used to be a big fan, so this not something I say easily. Our last FOUR orders with them have gone exactly like this: Order doesn't turn up, phone help desk, get person who sounds like a disinterested gap year student, when they can't help, put you on hold, then cut you off (yes, four times). Phone back, complain, they apologise and say it was accidental, then make up some fib about why the order is delayed. Write to complain, they offer a fulsome apology and give 10% discount on next order. Order arrives 2 - 3 days late. All we want is the orders on time guys. ...

I ordered a desk from the Euroffice.co.uk. website which stated 10-working days for delivery. So two weeks later and no desk - I phoned them. "It'll be another two weeks because it has to be made especially." So a month passes, still no delivery, I call again and they say "it'll be another 2-weeks!!" Come on! Six weeks for a small office desk to be delivered. Anyway, I agreed to wait, but then after a bit of further thought I phoned back and cancelled. I ordered one from http://www.viking-direct.co.uk which came three (yes 3) days (yes days!) later. Please don't use Euroffice unless you need to. Bad service shouldn't be tolerated. ...

I ordered 100 inkjet printable CDs but received regular CDs instead. When I called them they tried to sell me the exact same product except in a 50 pack. They said I would receive a returns number by e-mail and the product would be picked up in due course. The very next day (of course I wasn't home) ANC Express called to pick up the CDs. I contacted Euroffice again who assured me a returns number would be issued. I then called ANC Express to re-schedule pick up only to be told they had no record of it. I contacted Euroffice AGAIN who said they would re-raise the pick-up with ANC (more than a week ago). I figure it's easier to keep the CDs than waste more time. ...

Have been a customer for some time and up until now have been satisfied but the last order for printer ink never arrived although payment was taken on same day as order! It is now nearly a month, customer services are not interested as their records show the the order completed! As far as I'm concerned they have 'stolen' from my account and refusing to do anything about the missing items. The cost is small but I wll never shop with them again. As a small business owner I cannot afford to lose money in this way. They have become unreliable and very unhelpful so don't be fooled by their fancy new website. ...

I usually use Euroffice for my all my office supplies. They are usually the cheapest, and send out additional discount codes by e-mail each week. I also order via a cashback site, such as Pigsback or Greasypalm for additional benefits. You also earn reward points from Euroffice for each pound you spend with them. This can take quite a long time to even rack up a £5 high street voucher, but is better than nothing. I guess it's fantastic if you work in procurement for a large organisation. They are very reliable on delivery, and almost always, things do arrive the next day, but you do have to be in to sign for the delivery. ...
