Serious Toothpaste.

AdvantagesThe taste, antiseptic properties, it's pink.

DisadvantagesThe taste, it's pink, no stain removal.

"...your teeth. You open your Euthymol for the first time and find that the tube has a foil seal over the end that has to be pierced with the top end of the cap once you've unscrewed it. You see what I mean? Serious - this toothpaste is foil sealed! Once you've negotiated the foil seal you'll discover that what's inside is a thick, gunky pink paste that once again reminds you of grandma's bathroom cabinet. Not a pale, pretty looking pink like a strawberry ..." Read review

Is your toothpaste toxic

AdvantagesGreat for teeth and gums. No fluoride

DisadvantagesVery strong taste

"Earlier this evening I was looking for inspiration for an op. My gaze fell on the toothpaste I had just bought. How many of you have tried Euthymol? It is bright pink toothpaste with a vicious sting, which I find cleans my teeth like no other. A lot of people don’t like the taste, and it certainly takes some getting used to. My father has used it for as long as I remember as our dentist suggested it when he had gingivitis. He was very keen that ..." Read review

Germoline for your teeth

AdvantagesNot minty - tastes like germoline

DisadvantagesTastes like germoline, doesn't claim to whiten your teeth

"...tastes nice but until buying Euthymol was having no luck. I'd worked my way through Colgate, Aquafresh, supermarket own labels etc and finally spotted this old fashioned looking product. ***The Product*** This toothpaste is described on the packet as a "scientific dental preparation". Sounds scarey. It's a toothpaste Jim, but not as we know it. Rather than the usual minty flavour this toothpaste looks, smells and tastes like Germoline and has ..." Read review

Victorian victory in the fight against tooth decay

AdvantagesStronger than most other toothpastes

DisadvantagesA little expensive

"I remember seeing Euthymol countless times in the chemist shops among all of the other dental hygiene products and always thought about buying it but never actually did. The old fashioned packaging is what intrigued me...a white box with Euthymol written in redish-orange colour, outlined in green and Victorian-style font. It is decorated simply, again echoing the Victorian era with green corner borders near each corner of the box. It says 'Original ..." Read review

Some like it HOT !!

Advantagesteeth feel clean for longer

Disadvantagesbit pricey

"I have been using Euthymol toothpaste for years, my mother has used it for even longer and at 68 years old, she still has her own teeth !! so that in itself must say something ! This is the'Original Toothpaste' with a very original packaging. It has a sort of 'old fashioned' look about it's packaging, which maybe misleads people into thinking its for granny and grandad to buy. Its 'A scientific dental preparation' distributed by Pfizer Healthcare. Its ..." Read review

mmmmm give me that burning sensation,I love it

Advantagescleans teeth better than your average toothpaste, wakes you up in a morning

Disadvantagesnot everyone will like the taste

"...right? Wrong! After trying out Euthymol for just over a week I really noticed the difference between that and my usual toothpaste (crest). What is Euthymol? Well obviously it’s toothpaste but it’s toothpaste like no other. The smell is the first thing you should notice. As soon as you take the lid off you can smell a strong antiseptic smell. This could well put you off, I know it took me around 5 minutes to build up the courage ..." Read review

Pigeon Dropping Remover Really Works

AdvantagesDoes what it should and more

DisadvantagesUseless as a shoe polish

"...the easy things. As far as Euthymol is concerned the answers to the listed questions are 1) It certainly seems to clean my teeth – all the purple spots I noticed after the last glass of blackcurrant wine have disappeared. 2) Yes, my wife uses my teeth now to check her lipstick when we’re out shopping. 3) Oh, yes indeed, no one seemed to know I’d just eaten a garlic sandwich until they came within two feet of me; by which time it was too late. 4) ..." Go for the Burn Review with images

Advantagesthoroughly cleansed teeth, gums and mouth

Disadvantagesslightly expensive(!?)

"...are daring to be different: "original" Euthymol toothpaste A Scientific Dental Preparation Basic facts: Sold in a art nouveau-style box in red, green and white. Old fashioned looking, but reassuringly natural and looks like good quality. It's apink paste inside metal tube; smells herbally medicinal: cloves, aniseed and perhaps a drop of eucalyptus oil? May stain clothing though, so beware. The ingredients don't list any herbal oils, just ..." Read review

Anticeptically cleaned Review with images

Advantagescleaning properties , freshness

Disadvantagescost , strong taste

"~ Euthymol Toothpaste ~ From the very first time you see the packaging , you know that there is something different about this toothpaste . The package aesthetics are olde worlde , perhaps Victorian in appearance . A basic white box with simple dark green scrolling design with the brand name in bright red . Then you notice the words " A scientific dental preparation" .Because of its simplicity you are immediately drawn to it . Inside the box you ..." Read review

My favourite toothpaste

AdvantagesNice bright clean teeth

DisadvantagesThe taste and smell!

"I first tried Euthymol when my boyfriend at the time came back from a trip and his teeth where all white and bright,(he had very stained teeth being an avid tea and coffee drinker).I was so impressed that I started using it too. That was 6yrs ago and I'm still using it. Its more expensive than your average toothpaste at £1.65 (from semi-chem, £1.99 from Boots)but cheaper than whitening toothpastes. The smell and colour reminds me of germolene( a ..." Read review

Pink to make the boys wink

Advantagesunusual taste

Disadvantagesnot stocked universally

"I once wrote a poem about this toothpaste because thats how great it is. Ok it may stain your toothbrush bristles a pale pink colour, thus causing some people to say, 'just imagine what it is doing to your insides'. I don`t really eat much of it though,(even though I am often extremely tempted) and from my experience it doesn`t turn my teeth pink so its fine by me. The most important thing for people to know about this toothpaste is that it has ..." Read review

Nuclear bomb in your mouth water I need water!

Advantageskills invading germs instanly

DisadvantagesBurns your mouth and leaves strong after taste

"I was in the shops with my mum she forced me to come that's what I would say if I met anyone I knew in there. I took a walk to get my usual brand of toothpaste sine I had just run out of toothpaste. I had just picked up my regular old favorite toothpaste. That was when I saw it. It looked out of place because at first I thought it looked out of place out of place because it looked like a tube of tomato paste my mum had picked up earlier. I ..." Read review

Euthymol ....... WOW!

Advantagescleans, tingles, smells fab, and pink

Disadvantagesonly comes in metal tube

"...Which I did. WOW! Mind blowing. Euthymol has the sort of kick you usually associated with a mule. The taste its self is hard to describe. It's just kind of really clean and hygienic. A bit like a dentists surgery. Whilst brushing your tongue and gums start to tingle and you really do feel like it's doing the job. The taste is very strong and I think you'll ether love it or hate it. It's also a lovely shade of pink. Something to have a giggle at ..." Read review

Pink gunk which you put on you teeth

Advantagescleans well

Disadvantagestastes foul, makes breath smell

"We've bought Euthymol for years and I can't stand it. Ok it does what it's meant to do -clean your teeth. But nothing else, this is a product I really don't recommend. _________ *Positives* --------------- + You can actually feel a difference on your teeth after using this product, your teeth feel slippier and shinier and I've also noticed that it whitens a little bit too. Really good at cleaning. + Also those who don't like the taste of ..." Read review

Euthymol a Great Toothpaste and Mouthwash all in one

AdvantagesMany

DisadvantagesNone

"Euthymol toothpaste really is great value for money as you get two products in one. It is also a great mouthwash. After cleaning my teeth I place a small pea sized amount on my tongue then take a slurp of water and slosh it all together, gargle with it then spit it out. I don't rinse. My mouth stays fresh for hours. Also there is another benefit. I am asthmatic and have to use a steroid inhaler. Before changing to Euthymol, I could hardly speak due ..." Read review
