Advantages: Nothing!! Disadvantages: Can take a few wks to a few months to go, depressing, itchy
If anyone gets odd things wrong with them its always me! I am known in my family to always get unusual things wrong with me that no-one else in my family has ever suffered from! ***MY LATEST EXPERIENCE/STORY***
It's Saturday night, I'm getting in the bath ready for my night out with the girls, we're hitting the town tonight! I notice I've got a few red spots on the front of my thighs, but put it down to shaving and using a body scrub the day before.
... ...skin on my chest on the left-hand side, but thought nothing of it. So anyway, I had my bath and got ready for my night out and went into town with the girls.
I didn't feel myself and I had trouble drinking anything . . After about 2 drinks I was sick and I felt really tired. Please bear in mind, I'm not sick even after about 10 drinks!! I was also quite out of breath and had to take my asthma inhaler which I haven't needed to take for over 1 year!

Advantages: A sound travel advice Disadvantages: Well hidden amongst a lot of nonsense
...Buddhist restaurant in Guangzhou, China. Everything in the restaurant tastes like meat and looks like meat but is completely vegetarian. The weirdest dish was steamed 'king prawns' - they looked like those pink foam prawn sweets you used to get as kids and they tasted like fishy Spam. Oh, and I also had asparagus ice-cream in Holland at an asparagus festival".
Noodlebutty looks a bit disappointed - clearly expecting something really gross. Koshkha ... ...beach - sand gets into everything and really gets on my nerves. I'm going to take the coastline around Lyme Regis. I'd like some mountains but I'd like them to be lush and green and covered in herbs so I'll take the area around Grasse in southern France. And finally I'm going to have to choose some nice weather. I want seasons - so none of that tropical 12 hours of daylight stuff - I'll take a perfect old-fashioned English summer with rain for just ...

What's going on?
Have I awoken from a 5-year coma following my shoulder operation 2-months ago and no one has told me?
Once I overcome the grogginess following the ½ hour procedure, and had managed sufficient sleep and snoozing, I checked my mobile phone for messages noting that those that had come through all stated the same date - 29th March 2006 - that I had gone into hospital, only it was 6-hours later and I was feeling ... ...shoulder … plus it looked damn messy to!
Yet, it appears as though the world has gone even more insane overnight than I had remembered … 51 stabbings there were over this last weekend in the UK, 2 of them fatal. The Police currently have a weapon, or more specifically, knives amnesty in the UK, encouraging the public to give up their weapons.

As promised here is a brief review on our Wedding Day. It isnt intended to get any rating's, just by way of thanks to some special people in my CoT who offered lots of support to me in the build up to my big day. All of Ciao have been a great support unit and I'd like to thank you all for the lovely comments ... ...at quarter to 12 on Sunday to go to get ready at the hotel. We got there and went straight up to room 208 and started on the shower / hair process. Then we had a knock on the door... our official room was ready would we move? So we de-trashed room 208 and moved to 216, where there was a massive 4 poster bed.

Advantages: all the clothes shops bigger people can shop in, all in one handy guide Disadvantages: there just aren't enough of them
...seems like they're just made everything wider, without making it longer, or the arms bigger. A typical Etam find is a top where the tops of the arms are too tight, and everyone can see your belly button.
On the plus side, they do have a great range of basic t-shirts, and their sales are always excellent as no one really shops there. On the whole they fit a bit smaller than other shops, and it's not really worth a go unless there's a sale on.
UPDATE ... ...form of clothing sizes, and everything seems to fit. The clothing isn't overly generous, I find I am a 26 or a 28 depending on the clothing.
The best things about H&M are their plain, classic t-shirts. Costing £5.99 - £7.99 depending on what neckline you want, they come in a myriad of colours, and go right up to a 30. The material is beautiful as well, washes very well, and is great for printing on.
The rest of the clothing is very hit and miss ...

I was born to be a mum?
Were you? I know I wasn’t. I went through my pre- teen years romancing about having a little miniature me to dress in pretty clothes and little shoes, with little ribbons and little bows. When I got to the age for permissive sex all that went out of the window and I reached the stage where I was convinced that having a baby was something that would happen as soon as I decided I wanted one and not until. Sex was cool back ... ...for any consequences that might attach themselves to my bit of fun.
You know, I really envy those women who don’t find out they are pregnant until they are three or four months down the line. For me there was no three-month reprieve. Right, well, where to start, my names Stuart and I’m a Pratt, indeed if you happen to make a grab for your latest dictionaries right now and go to the P section there is a big picture of my gormless face under the heading Pratt. This review is a little different to all the others I have read, and I am not sure what category it would come under, so I have put it under P. I know this can be a touchy subject but this is real to life.
Whilst Driving home from work most nights in Cardiff, I have to pass what would be known as "The red light district" This place is well know for where prostitutes, or "ladies of the night" as I like to call them as prostitute is a horrible word ... ...driving home, I saw this young girl I would say around 19 years old, stood on the corner. This young lady was absolutely beautiful! She had long blonde hair, a slender figure and a really pretty face, she wore a white lacy top, a red PVC skirt and long black knee high boots. As I carried on driving down on to the motorway, I thought to myself "What would a pretty young girl like that be doing something as degrading as that?" I carried on Driving ...

You have read my ops on Jessica conditions, (ADHD, ODD & ASPERGERS). This op is to tell you about Jessica and how hard life is for her..and the problems it causes in the family.
My beautiful daughter, born in 1992 weighing in at 7½ lbs, with a head full of black hair. She was perfect she looked perfect. She was born by emergency caesarean after being 14 days late, after the birth I was told I was very luck to have her as the cord was wrapped around ... ...birth the cord could have strangled her. That made her extra special to me.
Looking down at her all I felt was a rush of love like I had never felt before, she was mine all mine, and there was no way I was going to damage her the way my parents had damaged me. I sit here and stare at the blank piece of paper. Like the paper my mind is a blank, what can I write? Why can’t I write?
Looking around the room I hope that inspiration will jump out at me. But nothing moves inspiration is still in hiding. It is a room that has inspired me before and I am sure will again, but just not now.
I suppose many would say that my study is old fashioned in fact Victorian it would seem to some, with the dark wooden clad ... ...heavy drapes at the sash window. Overflowing bookcases and piles of books take up much of the room, giving the illusion that it is smaller than it really is. The closed heavy oak door finishes my old fashioned world. My old fashioned insular life.
My desk is dark wood, a heavy looking design quite large with an inlaid leather top and a matching leather chair in which I spend much of my day.

Advantages: I get to indulge myself and blame Writing123 for the privilege! Disadvantages: I never shut up! Bad news for donkeys in my neck of the woods.
...hard about the ramifications of everything I type - it's probably a reason why I'm so verbose and I still get into trouble but perhaps a little less than before. Most ciao-ers are pretty good but I've seen a couple of pretty pompous or just out and out horrible comments left on reviews by new members.
