FIFA 08 (PC)

The first FIFA game I have ever played was this one! FIFA 08! Let's get things straight here, I have asolutely no interest in football, especially of the game variety AND epecially of the pc game variety... I'm a tetris kind of girl (arghhhh I hear you cry.... why is she writing a review) but read on...... The game itself is amazing... the graphics are good and unlike some of its counterparts the screen image did not make me want to throw up ( ...
...I was fine (something regular FIFA players will not have a problem with). There are leagues etc, and they even have the proper team names and kits ( know this is not a revalation to regular's of FIFA... but it was to me)! I can safely say from the guy I talked to that this is the best on the market at the moment.... great visuals... tons you can do and hours of fun! ...

...say i have played previous Fifa incarnations on ps2 and xbox however this is the first pc fifa i have played. i have to say i am glad i did get it. Toi start with the graphics are so much crisper than on console and general gameplay is somuch better. FIFA series are the most important game series for me. I have played many versions of this game including 96, 97, wc98, 2000,01,02,03,04,05,06,07 and 08. First of all, I must say EA sports is making the right games to be played but even that one has some disadvantages. It is much harder to score. The AI applies (especially ) defending and attacking tactics very well and it makes newbies feel bad. ...if u use to play FIFA for years then you will understand that EA made a mess with the configuration by seperating the association of "SWITCH PLAYER" and "PASS" from one another (They use to be on the same keys.) But I think the reason for my negative review is that this game came out a year ago. I'm now playing FIFA 09 and really happy that I bought it cuz its improved about 70% things in FIFA .So I think u should skip this one and go for FIFA 09. ...

I'm playing Fifa since 1998 and played fifa 98,02,02,04,05,06,07 and now 08. All of them I enjoyed Fifa 07 mostly. It was really a great game.. tactics, playing style, graphics all of them were fully improved! and also the game play was awesome. But when I installed fifa 08, I was excited thinking how might be the game.. Unfortunately I was disappointed that there not much difference between fifa 07 & 08.... Fifa 07 was much attractive then fifa ...
...of attraction.. However fifa 08/07 is an addicted game for soccer lovers. The music tracks in the game are good. Not only just play matches, you can also create you dream football club, manage the club, upgrade club facilities, transfer you favorite players, Increase the player's playing ability etc....
