Very disappointed. Did not receive a free gift and samples which should have been included in the order. When I emailed them they said they were going to rectify but never did. I have chased them a million times and have been blatantly ignored. Having spent hundreds of pounds on their website I wasn't quite expecting such a poor and rude Customer Service. Not so great! Got products within 3 or 4 days but was missing one item, and despite emailing instantly to let them know, it took quite a few emails to sort it out. I had to say twice that I hadn't got the product I'd paid for before I got an acknowlegement of this. It also said on the website that I'd get a free product with the range I had bought, but this didnt turn up either and when I asked about it, the customer service person completely denied ...
