    I came across Feelunique website about 1.5 years ago and since then it’s been my favourite shop for buying cosmetics. It is an online only shop, so 24/7 accessible and what’s better there are no queues. Their prices are cheaper than on the high street and in addition, they don’t charge you for delivery – no matter how little or how much you spend.     On a trip to the hairdresser a while back, she used a particular Redken product (All Soft Velvet Whip if you're wondering) on my hair that left it feeling amazingly soft. I was very impressed but held back on purchasing it, because I had other things I needed to buy at the time which were more of a priority. About a month ago I finally decided to make the purchase, and did a search for the best price online. Feelunique.com offered the best value at just £13.10 whereas Hqhair were charging £15.35.     I actually wrote a review of Feel Unique a couple of weeks ago, but never got around to posting it, as my laptop was dropped and everything that was on the hard drive was destroyed. So, I have to write this review all over again. On the upside though, this does give me an excuse to spend more time browsing one of my favourite online shops, as I need to redo my 'research' for the review.     feelunique.com describes itself as the destination for beauty. The site sells Salon branded beauty products at discounted prices. The Site The site offers plenty to look at with pics of products and of course the super hot women modelling them. The pictures are updated often as the special offers change frequently. The site is very easy to navigate. You can search for a specific product, search by brand, browse the special offers or just browse through the categories if you're not sure what you're after.     Having done a review on Island Cosmetics some time ago I thought I would update it with some new information. The company ,who are based in Jersey, have changed their name to feelunique and can be found at Feelunique.com. On landing on the homepage you will find a header bar of options: Skincare Make-up Haircare Suncare and Tanning Bath and Body Fragrances Bedroom and Bathroom Goodies (make-up bags,candles, hair slides etc) Men If you are looking for a particular brand there is a search box option where you scroll down until you find the brand you want and click on it.     I came across this site after searching for a product named Burt's Bees Marshmallow Vanishing Creme. A friend of mine had let me try this after buying it somewhere in London but I couldnt find it anywhere. At last I can have this product which is lovely to use. Island Cosmetics have a good range of products including Clarins, Clinique. Estee Lauder, Lancome, L'Oreal, Nivea and ROC (there are more to choose from) so there is something for everyone.     Really impressed with Island Cosmetics, I ordered 5 products on Thursday and they arrived Friday morning, I'd mistakenly ordered the wrong shade Touche Eclat and the customer service desk was very helpful and efficient. I would definitely recommend Island to anyone!

    Very disappointed. Did not receive a free gift and samples which should have been included in the order. When I emailed them they said they were going to rectify but never did. I have chased them a million times and have been blatantly ignored. Having spent hundreds of pounds on their website I wasn't quite expecting such a poor and rude Customer Service. Needless to say I won't be purchasing from them again and I won't be recommending them to my friends. They have lost a valued customer and a lot of potential ones.

    I placed an order on Sunday 7th December 2008 with FeelUnique after having read reviews which appeared negative. I was surprised by the speedy and excellent service as on 10th December both items arrived, packaging on both were excellent, I would highly recommed FeelUnique and have no hesitation in using them in the future,
