Here's everything upon ours

Advantages: 2nd hand value, comfy, reliable, roomy, well equipped
Disadvantages: Trim, nervous ride at motorway speeds, not great for talll people

...a FSH from Reg Vardy Fiat in Darlington. This included 6 months tax (£60), new mats and 18 months (or 36,000 miles) of manufacturers' warranty. What’s gone wrong ? Well nothing so far, He commutes about 400 to 500 miles a week and so far it hasn’t let me down in any way. He have purchased a 2 year (24,000 mile) servicing package (2 x 12,000 mile services) from Arnold Clark Fiat in Dundee for £ 265.00 which is a much better deal than the £236.00 per ...
...cost of £110.00. The Fiat tow bar would have cost £138.00 + £150.00 fitting! Please note that a special detachable tow bar is required for the Weekend due to the split tail gate. The rear seats fold completely flat thanks to head rests that retract into the seat backs and child seats are easily fitted to the relatively flat rear bench seat. All five occupants get 3 point seat belts and there is even a controllable aircon/heat vent to keep the back ...

My experiences with the Marea Weekend

Advantages: Practical, Comfortable, Good Equipment spec
Disadvantages: Expensive to maintain, Fast Depreciation, Suspect build quality

...Halfords rarely stock anything for Fiat models - you end up having to go to the dealer, and they rip you off. Things I have had to do on this car are: - Blown coil (72,000 miles) - £250 repair, plus loads of added fuel consumption - Cambelt change (75,000 miles) - £300 - Blown head-gasket (80,000 miles) - £1800 repair plus 6 weeks off the road - Dear rear wiper motor (110,000 miles) - £130 for part alone! The head-gasket was a killer, and we nearly ...
...light came on on the dashboard one evening. Now this would usually make you stop, however with Fiat's it is common for the engine management light to flash without any meaning whatsoever, so unfortunately you soon get used to ignoring any time that light comes on. 5 miles later, the car lost all power. Basically what had happened was that the impellor on the water pump had fallen off, hence no cooling to the engine, followed by massiave overheat, ...

A Fiat???

Advantages: The Car
Disadvantages: It's not a rolls royce

...I say I drive a Fiat estate, but before that puts you off I am 18, how many 18 year olds do you see driving family estates??? Unfortunately the car isn't mine, but I am priviledged to drive it having driven a 12 year old Fiat Tipo before hand (legendary cars of which I thought there could be NO better). An incredibly good statement for the marea weekend is that my parents own TWO, thats how much they like them.....and to be honest now I do to......... ...
...10 grand and it had done 250 miles.....no CD player though....it has air con, which was probably the single life saver when travelling to France last year on the old "booze run" and an incredible boot space....(the car although an estate doesn't look big but it is inside, like a limosine is exagerating but for a family of 4 with a dog in the back, it does the trick fine) Driving one.......this year we bought our second (eaxctly the same as the last, ...

Excellent, cheap car to run.

Advantages: A lot of space inside, high MPG
Disadvantages: Noisy inside

...after my experience with my fiat I can say that this opinion is completely wrong. On those three years I had no problem at all. My was on diesel engine so as long as I was checking oil and all cambels car runs with no problems. A lot of space is inside, very good visibility, and diesel use is also very very low. I was able to make more then 50 MPG in city traffic. I sold this car only because I want to tray something new. ...
