...they say the baby shouldn’t be able to sit up on its own. I don’t really understand why, because the swing has safety belt we always used and if you want extra security just put on the tray. It is so difficult to take it down, that your baby won’t be able to remove it. I mean it is easy to put it on and remove it, but you need power to get it down. My son is now 16 weeks old and still absolutely loves his swing, one of his favorite things to do is swing while his room is dark that way he can look up at the lights in the center and watch the fish floating in the water. I found that when he was younger the water sounds would put him to sleep in no time. Now he is into the more upbeat music that is offered on the swing. ...to have a plug-in that way you can pay your electric bill instead of throwing money away on batteries that you can only use once (I tried rechargeable they don't hold a charge long enough after the first use). I'm very happy with the product except the plug that's missing ;-) ...
