Advantages: Learn numerous things from words to maths
Disadvantages: Hard to get hold of

My son was given the Fisher Price Power Touch Learning System for Christmas a few years back. It was when the Leap Pad's were all the rage and I had added one of them to his Xmas list. Advantages: sturdy design, fun activities, catchy tunes
Disadvantages: books aren't that widely available, can be expensive, tunes can get annoying

I first purchased this product a few years ago for my nephew who was nearly four. at the time i paid £30 for the system which included 1 starter book, i had planned to buy him more books for birthdays and xmas's. He wasn't that taken with it at first as there were lots more exciting gifts on offer on xmas morning but i thoroughly enjoyed looking through it and listening to the story and also the songs that play when you touch particular objects/people. ...
