I decided to purchase a Tunturi c30 elliptical cross trainer from Fitness-Superstore and this really is the king of crosstrainers so if you have the money go for it. I am 17 stone man, so I am by no means small. I have purchased a few home crosstrainer in the past and I tend to give them a real beasting as you would in a real gym but they simply fell apart. WARNING- DO NOT USE ONLINESHOP ! Purchased a reebok i- bike from fitness superstore. the bike is faultless, but thats down to reebok ! i payed extra for next day delivery, item received 3 days later, contacted fitness superstore numerous times to find out delivery status, everytime NO response! I asked them for a refund on my next day delivery charge, again NO response. they maybe the cheapest, but when you pay for next day delivery , and then arrange for someone to stay home to sign for it, and it dont turn up, very frustrating !!! i would advise anyone , to pay that liitle bit more from a reputable companyi ie, argos !! ...

just thought i would share my experience with fitness superstore, i ordered a reebok i run from them and it arrived on time. as for the customer service it was second to none, i spoke with a gentleman on the phone who answered all my questions. I would definitely purchase from them in the future, hope this helps ...

I would strongly advise against using Fitness Superstore. Although they are the cheapest I could find, I believe they can do this by having no customer service at all. I ordered over 2 weeks ago and I'm still waiting, I have only just been told it may take up to another 2 weeks, even though the tracking numbers shows it as sitting in the depot for over a week. No answers on their customer service number and no reply to messages to either them or the delivery people XDP homedrop who are as useless as they are. If I had the chance I would go back and pay the extra £50 for Argos or Tesco as at least I know I will get the items I've ordered. ...
