    Today is day 12 of my new life. When the doctor told me I was allergic to anything cow-related I laughed in that kind of “you can’t be serious can you?” type way.     Florentino Dairy free Vegetarian Parmazano. Parmesan Style Seasoning, based on Soya and Vegetable oil. You can get a real cheese taste with Parmazano. As some of you know, I have to be dairy free for health reasons, and on my search for replacements and new idea’s I came across this wonderful seasoning, which I use on so many things it’s unreal. I so missed the taste of cheese, but more so on certain meals, like spaghetti bolognaise, or ratatouille or soups.     Last night I had the most wonderful lasagne tea, which up until recently has been a definite no, no due to my lactose (milk) intolerance.
