Advantages: Portable classic management game Disadvantages: Limitations compared to pc version
...it because I loved the football manager series for computer. I did not think it would be anywhere near as good as the computer version for 2007, but I thought it would do as I love these types of games.
Football Manager, as you would expect is a football management game. First you start off by choosing which ... ...If you are just a football fan then you may just want to go for the team you support wether it be a highly known team or a low league team with a small fan base. Once you have chosen your team, you then have your starting squad with a transfer budget, wage budget etc. You need ...

...CM series, when I saw Football Manager 2007 for the PSP in the shops. The screenshots looked good, and I also took into consideration the positive things I had heard about the FM series. I therefore purchased Football Manager 2007 and could not wait to see if I could replicate my former success. Furthermore, I was keen to see ho much more convenient it was having a management game on a portable device.
Regarding it's background, The Football Manager ... ...When you turn on Football Manager, you are given the option to start 'New Game'. Advantages: Addictive, None of its appeal has been lost Disadvantages: Less leagues available than on PC
How could they put amazing PC game onto a crappy little handheld? That's what I thought when I first saw this game on the PSP. However after being bought this for Christmas (which I then had to play and act like I enjoyed it) I was surprised at how well the game held up. I don't really know why I didn't think it would be able to be adapted onto the PSP because thinking about it; it is not that difficult to do as long as you make sure the AI is good. ... ...typical managerial game. You pick the country that you want to manage in, you pick your team you want to manage and there you go as simple as that… almost. Of course then you have to choose you team. You can do everything from tactics and training to players and wages. This means that all the factors that allow you to win leagues etc are available to be chosen. ...the pitch.
Basically any football team setup around the world can be copied into the game, so if Man U is your team then you can be Alex Ferguson.
Short recap then- GOOD:-
Game looks good, plays well, and is a long lasting game not just a day to complete one.
BAD:-
Can become dull and repetitive once all trophys and cups are won and as you become more wise and tactical in your gameplay. Thankyou for reading, Please, if you liked, please add ...

Advantages: Very detailed/addictive Disadvantages: kiss goodbye to your spare time!
I took a long time deciding whether or not to buy this game because I owned the previous version and was very disappointed with it - it seemed like as soon as you filled your team with 16 year old Brazilians then the league was as good as won.
This years game is much, much better, there are many more leagues, there seem to be no 'magic' players or tactics who will guarantee you wins and SI have added features such as the previously mentioned fog ... ...followers of the PC series to get this game - I think it is built on using the guidelines of one of earlier PC versions and works brilliantly on the handheld platform.
