The legend is now on psp

Advantages: Portable classic management game
Disadvantages: Limitations compared to pc version

...it because I loved the football manager series for computer. I did not think it would be anywhere near as good as the computer version for 2007, but I thought it would do as I love these types of games. Football Manager, as you would expect is a football management game. You manage your players training schedules, tactics, match day team talks etc. This game has lots of freedom in choosing what you want to do. First you start off by choosing which ...
...If you are just a football fan then you may just want to go for the team you support wether it be a highly known team or a low league team with a small fan base. However if you are a person that fancies a challenge, you may go for a very low league team and try to get them as high as you can and see if you can raise their profile. Once you have chosen your team, you then have your starting squad with a transfer budget, wage budget etc. You need ...

Kick-Off your Management career

Advantages: Holistic, realistic, challenging and engrossing Football Management game
Disadvantages: None at all.

...CM series, when I saw Football Manager 2007 for the PSP in the shops. The screenshots looked good, and I also took into consideration the positive things I had heard about the FM series. I therefore purchased Football Manager 2007 and could not wait to see if I could replicate my former success. Furthermore, I was keen to see ho much more convenient it was having a management game on a portable device. Regarding it's background, The Football Manager ...
...When you turn on Football Manager, you are given the option to start 'New Game'. When you select this, you are given a choice of 10 countries with which to enter the game at Club level, hence you can either be a domestic or an international Manager. These countries are predominantly European - England, France, Belgium, Spain, Germany etc, and then Australia. Once you have chosen your residency, you are given the list of clubs to choose from, of which ...

Great Transformation to the PSP

Advantages: Addictive, None of its appeal has been lost
Disadvantages: Less leagues available than on PC

How could they put amazing PC game onto a crappy little handheld? That's what I thought when I first saw this game on the PSP. However after being bought this for Christmas (which I then had to play and act like I enjoyed it) I was surprised at how well the game held up. I don't really know why I didn't think it would be able to be adapted onto the PSP because thinking about it; it is not that difficult to do as long as you make sure the AI is good. ...
...typical managerial game. You pick the country that you want to manage in, you pick your team you want to manage and there you go as simple as that… almost. Of course then you have to choose you team. You can do everything from tactics and training to players and wages. This means that all the factors that allow you to win leagues etc are available to be chosen. This gives you a great deal of freedom to do anything you want. Game play The game play ...

Football Manager 2007 Review

Advantages: Streamlined gameplay, Easy layout, Easy controls and menu's,
Disadvantages: Can become repetitive once some skills are mastered.

...the pitch. Basically any football team setup around the world can be copied into the game, so if Man U is your team then you can be Alex Ferguson. Short recap then- GOOD:- Game looks good, plays well, and is a long lasting game not just a day to complete one. BAD:- Can become dull and repetitive once all trophys and cups are won and as you become more wise and tactical in your gameplay. Thankyou for reading, Please, if you liked, please add ...

...as its something i've heard from a friend. Supposedly, if a Manger (thats 'you') does well at a club, he/she gets offers from international teams and unlocks 'International Mode', playing as a national manager. I havent got that far yet but sounds pretty good!!! Football fans, what you waiting for???? ...

Fantastic Game - Well Recommended

Advantages: more leagues, more players, better background staff and more
Disadvantages: can't watch the game, not much sound

football manager 2007 - what a fantastic game this game is one of the most realistic managing games i have ever seen or played, especially on the PSP. the game creators have once again proved themselves to be the best football management game available. 2005 and 2006 were vasts improvments on the previous years but football manager 2007 takes being a reality football manager to a whole new level. they have even gone to extents like finding out a ...
...football community. football manager 2007 boasts many new features which are revolutionary not only for the game, but for the entire sports management genre. whilst football manager 2007 adds more to the game than ever before, it is also easier to use, navigate and control and all the options are more obvious to players. Players have the option to get involved in every asset of management, but can also rely on their club staff for help and advice. ...

Football manager 2007 review

Advantages: Very detailed/addictive
Disadvantages: kiss goodbye to your spare time!

I took a long time deciding whether or not to buy this game because I owned the previous version and was very disappointed with it - it seemed like as soon as you filled your team with 16 year old Brazilians then the league was as good as won. This years game is much, much better, there are many more leagues, there seem to be no 'magic' players or tactics who will guarantee you wins and SI have added features such as the previously mentioned fog ...
...followers of the PC series to get this game - I think it is built on using the guidelines of one of earlier PC versions and works brilliantly on the handheld platform. You don't get the in-depth features such as feeder clubs but what you do get is a brilliantly detailed, massively addictive, 30 season game which is ideal for getting your fix whilst on the train/bus/toilet(!!). ...

Can You Put It Down?

Advantages: Addictive and a great time filler for a bored person!
Disadvantages: The PC version is more dominant in gameplay options.

This is the new 2006-2007 season's computer game. it is a very addictive and realistic game. The players in this years version of the game are more realistic in their talents unlike the last version all young players became full in every area of the game. the game is not ovally difficult but you do need to have some footballing knowledge to enjoy and be sucessful in the game. This game is better to play on the computer because it contains more ...
...this game on the PSP is great because you can play the game where ever and when ever. The game on the PSP does not have a ovally good sound to the game but it does make it up in game play which is extremely good. I advise you to go buy this game as soon as you can and get playing! ...
